Q: I am having problems trying to login, or i am getting logged out automatically?

A: In this case you will need to enable cookies on your browser. You can enable cookies in later versions of Internet Explorer by clicking on the "Tools" menu. Then click on the Internet Options menu item. Select the Security Tab. Click the Internet Icon at the top. It looks like a blue and green world. Click the Custom Level button, and scroll until you find the section labelled cookies. At a minimum, you must enable Per Session Cookies.Once you're done, close and restart your browser and try logging in again. This problem can also occur if you have certain restrictions in anti-virus or firewall programs your are running.
