HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept a wide variety of payment methods.
Payments placed online are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the internet. Details are encrypted with 1024-bit PGP. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
Any attempts to fraudulently obtain products from PhoneVolts.ie will result in prosecution to the full extent of the law. With all orders using credit/debit card as payment we carry out standard and independent checks against the owners details.

Always remember: PhoneVolts is not like most faceless 'internet based' companies, we have our shop, office and warehouse located in Dublin city centre. Our shop is open 6 days a week for the public. All our products can be purchased in person anytime. One of our team is always available to give you a demonstration or any our our products before you decide to buy.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:
This is best option when purchasing online, simply add products to your cart, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions, once your payment has been confirmed your order will be shipped. You will then be provided with a tracking number. Payments by credit card will show on your bank statment as 'GSM Solutions'. If you prefer to pay over the phone please see our section below about paying 'Over the phone'.
3V VOUCHERS:
We now also accept 3V Vouchers - a new type of disposable credit card. Unlike credit cards there are no credit checks and no bank references required or any long application forms to fill in either! You just pay a nominal €5 fee for every 3V Voucher you buy, regardless of the value purchased which can be used to shop online, over the phone or by mail order, in fact anywhere VISA is accepted online. 3V Vouchers can be purchased by anyone aged 16 years or over, who have the use of a mobile phone and an email address. You can make as many purchases as you like using your 3V Voucher, up to the total you purchase. And when you have finished with the 3V Voucher just throw it away. More info @ www.3v.ie
CHEQUE, MONEY/POSTAL ORDER, BANK DRAFT:
To pay for your order this way, simply print the email which is sent to you when you complete your order online and send it with payment to: PhoneVolts, 6 & 7 Upper Abbey Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. If you cannot print this email for any reason, simply write your name, order number and phone number on the back of the cheque and send it to us. When we receive it one of our team will contact you to confirm we have received payment, once cleared, your order will be dispatched and you'll be provided with a tracking number for your order
Make all cheques/money orders payable to PhoneVolts. Please ensure you sign the back of all cheques. Cheques must clear in our account before goods are shipped. This generally takes between 5-7 business days. Irish postal orders generally clear the same day. Once payment has cleared in our account, your order will be shipped and you will be provided with your tracking number.
PAYPAL:
You can pay for your goods using paypal's automated payment system. Simply follow the instructions while placing your order online. Your order will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in our Paypal account. Payments via paypal clear almost instantly. Haven't got a Paypal account? - Get one FREE @ www.PayPal.com Once payment is received your order will be dispatched and you will be provided with your tracking number for your order. DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT:
If you wish to pay by direct bank deposit, please email us with your order number after you have completed your order online. We will then email you back with instructions and our bank details. Your order will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in PhoneVolts company account.
BANK TRANSFER:
To pay by bank transfer, please email us with your order number after you have completed your order online. We will then email you back with instructions and our bank details. Your order will be dispatched once the funds are cleared in PhoneVolts company account. You can arrange to make a bank transfer in your local bank, over the phone or online for those of you with internet banking.
OVER THE PHONE:
To pay for your goods over the phone via credit/debit card, simply complete your order online then call our sales team on 01 8728722, or international on 0035318728722 and ask to be transfered to 'PhoneVolts Payments'. Please have your order number ready, your order number would of been emailed to you automatically when you placed your order. Then one of our team will take your payment details and process your order. Otherwise, simply just call us with the name of the item/s you wish to purchase as we will do the rest. Your goods will then be dispatched. You will then be provided with your tracking number for your order.
The sales hotline is open 10pm - 6pm Monday - Friday. Saturday 12pm - 6pm, late night Thursday until 8pm. During busy periods it may be difficult to get through by telephone, so please leave a message including your name and a contact number on our answering service and one of our team will call you back to take your payment details. Messages left on our answering service are generally replied to within 1 hour. Calls to our landline are charged at local rates.
WESTERN UNION TRANSFER:
Simply complete your order online then transfer the full amount through western union. Once you have transfered payment, please email or telephone us and confirm the transfer details including the Money Transfer Control Number. CASH PAYMENT:
PhoneVolts can accept payment sent by registered post, courier or in person. Simply complete your order online then print the email which was sent to you after check out with your order number and send it with payment to: PhoneVolts, 6 & 7 Upper Abbey Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. If you cannot print this email for any reason, simply write your name, order number and phone number on a small note and send it to us. When we receive payment your order will be dispatched and you will be provided with your tracking number for your order. Otherwise you can visit our shop and collect your order in person. For security reasons you may need to show ID and you card when collecting an order if you have payed using a credit/debit card.
GIFT VOUCHERS
You can now pay for your goods using Gift Vouchers purchased from PhoneVolts.ie. To pay for your order this way, simply print the email which is sent to you when you complete your order online and send it with your Gift Vouchers to: PhoneVolts, 6 & 7 Upper Abbey Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. If you cannot print this email for any reason, simply write your name, order number and phone number on the back of each Gift Voucher and send it to us.
