Shipping Times:
Goods ordered before 5pm are shipped the same day, goods ordered after 5pm may also be shipped the same day depending on our workload, otherwise, they are shipped the following business day at the latest.

Delivery times:
Ireland: Next day if ordered before 5pm, otherwise maximum 3 business days.
UK: 2-3 business days.
Worldwide: 2-10 business days.

How is my order shipped?
Orders made on PhoneVolts.ie are shipped using www.AnPost.ie / www.Fastway.ie or www.DPD.ie depening of the size of the order. You will be notified of which service we have used when you place your order. Orders sent by registered post are insured and a signature is required upon delivery.  If you are not present upon delivery to your location, the delivery person will leave a collection note. The collection note must be brought to your local post office to collect your package. Please note: we do not ship goods to P.O boxes. Large bulk orders can be shipped by Courier or DHL on request, please see below for more details. Alternatively orders can be picked up from our Dublin office anytime.

Can I track my order?
Yes, when you make an order on PhoneVolts.ie you will receive a track and trace ID number. With your
ID number your order can be tracked online.

For an post tracking you can also get tracking information from the Customer Service line by calling  1850 57 58 59 from within Ireland or on  003531 7057600 from outside Ireland. Lines are open GMT 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m Monday to Friday. Otherwise you can email the customer support team on customer.services@anpost.ie. Products with extended shipping times:
While PhoneVolts.ie store 99% of our products in our Dublin based warehouse for immediate dispatch, a very small number of our specialised products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to our warehouse, and then shipped to you when you make your order. In this case the shipping times are extended by 3-7 days. If you make an order which contains products with normal shipping time and products with extended shipping then we can send the order in two parts, when the other item is ready for dispatch we can then send the second part of the order out. In this case there will be no extra charge for shipping. If this is not suitable we can ship your order all together when the extended shipping time product is ready for dispatch. Items with extended shipping times are clearly marked.
  

Returns:
Under the 'Distance Selling Act 2000', you have 7 days from receipt of the product to determine whether or not you wish to keep the product. If you do not wish to keep the product, you must return the product/s unused, unopened, in pristine condition and with all packaging intact. Please include a  'Product Returns form'(PRF) form. You can download the PRF form below. Returned products will only be accepted by registered/signed for post, by courier or in person. Returns sent by any other method or without the PRF form included may be declined.

Filling out the PRF form will help insure that all the necessary steps are taken in order to successfully return your product to PhoneVolts.ie for refund or in-warranty replacement. Following the guidelines of this form and including a copy of it with your return, will help PhoneVolts.ie process your request in a timely manner. Products returned after 7 days will only be replaced or repaired if found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Non-refundable items:
There are certain items that are exempt from the distance selling act 7 days return policy that cannot be returned for very specific reasons unless they are faulty. These items include software, chargers, books, PDF manuals, SIM cards, Special SIM cards, data transfer products and any item that is considered consumable. This also includes items that touch your mouth, nose, or inserted in your ear. These items can only be replaced or repaired if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty products:
Faulty products must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. A 'Product Returns form'(PRF) form must be included. You can download the PRF form above. Returned products will only be accepted by registered/signed for post, by courier or in person. Returns sent by any other method or without the PRF form included may be declined.

If you return a product to us claiming it is faulty, and after testing, we find the fault to be a user error (i.e. Not installing drivers, not reading the manual), the cost for the return of the product/s is at the customers expense. Return shipping costs must be paid in full before the product/s are returned. We will not exchange the product if it has been tampered with and is not faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products found to have a geniune fault will be replaced or repaired free of charge and shipped to the customer by registered post. If we have sent a product to you by mistake other than the one you ordered a replacement will be issued free of charge. We always replace faulty products with an identical product, however, in some cases were the product is out of stock a functionally similar or better spec product will be given at no extra cost.

Please note: Before returning an item, due to the complexity of some of our products, there may be times when a product may seem to be of a faulty nature when in fact it may be a simple case of correctly configuring your PC, installing drivers etc.. in order for the product to function correctly. We suggest therefore you carefully follow the product guidelines. Reading the help guides will help eliminate any potential problems you may encounter. Refunds:
Refunds for products returned within 7 days from date of receipt under the 'Distance Selling Act' will be issued within 72 hours. Orders made with debit/credit cards will be refunded back to your card. Paypal payments are refunded back to your Paypal account. All other refunds are issued by company cheque. Shipping fees are non refundable

Out of stock items:
If an item is out of stock it will be clearly marked. In this case, you may still proceed to make your order, the product will be shipped when it comes into stock. Phonevolts.ie storage warehouse located in Dublin stock a large quantity of each item listed on our website for immediate dispatch. We take delivery of new stock on average twice a week. So if an item is out of stock, it is generally only for about 3 days. If you make an order and one of the products is out of stock, we can send the order in two parts, when the other items come into stock we can then send the second part of the order out. In this case there will be no extra charge for shipping. If this is not suitable we can ship your order all together when the product comes into stock. Otherwise a refund can be requested at any time for the out of stock item.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. To find out if your order has been dispatched, please call us on 01 8728722 and quote your order number.
Please note that products with 'Extended shipping times' cannot be cancelled as these are ordered in specially for you when you make an order. If you need to cancel an order which contains a product with 'Extended shipping times' a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.
Gift vouchers have a 2 year expiry date from time of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers may be exchanged for items of higher value, on payment of the difference. Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, mislaid, stolen or damaged vouchers. PhoneVolts.ie prohibits Gift Vouchers for resale by a third party. Any surplus value leftover from a purchase of 10.00 euro and above will be re-issued with another Gift Voucher, any surplus below 10.00 euro will be refunded by cheque
